1. The medium frequency induction furnace shall adopt a special rectifier transformer to increase the power supply voltage and limit the no-load operation of the transformer.  
2. Standardize the installation, shorten the wiring between high-voltage, transformer, intermediate frequency power supply and electric furnace, and select T2 copper or oxygen free copper with high purity, especially induction coil and water-cooling cable. Increasing its cross-sectional area can effectively reduce current heat loss.  
3. According to the casting process, select the appropriate capacity and frequency medium frequency electric furnace, increase the power density to improve the melting efficiency and reduce the additional loss.  
4. Steel shell furnace body with furnace cover is preferred to reduce heat loss and electromagnetic loss of furnace wall and furnace mouth. The connection of furnace shell shall prevent metal contact from forming short circuit during operation.
