1. Low frequency induction heating mode
The frequency is the lowest, frequency range: power frequency (50 Hz) to 1 kHz, the commonly used frequency is power frequency. It is mainly used for overall heating, annealing, tempering and surface quenching of large workpieces.
2. Medium frequency induction heating mode
Frequency range: normal 1kHz to 20kz, the typical value is about 8kz. The heating depth and thickness are about 3-10m. It is mainly used for heating, annealing, tempering, quenching and surface quenching of large workpieces, large diameter shafts, large diameter thick wall pipes, large modulus gears and other workpieces, as well as red punching, forging and pressing of small diameter bars

Frequency range: about 20KH to 40KHz (because the audio frequency is 20Hz to 20kHz, it is called super audio). Heating depth, thickness, about 2-3m. It is mainly used for deep heating, annealing, tempering, quenching and tempering of medium diameter workpiece, heating, welding, hot assembly of large diameter thin-walled pipe, quenching of medium gear, etc.
4. High frequency induction heating mode
Frequency range: common 40KHz to 200Hz, common 40KHz to 80kHz. Heating depth, thickness, about 1-2m. Induction heating surface quenching equipment is mainly used for deep heating, red punching, forging, annealing, tempering, quenching and tempering of small workpieces, surface quenching, heating and welding of medium diameter pipes, hot assembly, pinion quenching, etc.
5. UHF induction heating mode
Relatively the highest frequency, frequency range: more than 200kh, up to tens of MZ. The heating depth and thickness are the smallest, about 0.1-1m. It is mainly used for quenching and welding of local tiny parts or extremely fine bars, surface quenching of small workpieces, etc.

④ Energy saving principle: uncontrollable rectifier, rectifier circuit is fully on. High power factor, voltage type series resonance and so on, determine that this equipment greatly saves power.
