1. High frequency quenching equipment is 50-500khz, hardened layer (1.5-2mm), high hardness frequency, workpiece is not easy to oxidize and deform, quenching quality and high production efficiency. This kind of equipment is suitable for friction conditions, such as general pinion and shaft type (for materials of 45 steel and 40Cr steel).
2. Ultra audio frequency quenching equipment 30-36khz, Hardened layer (1.5-3mm). The hardened layer can be divided into small and medium modulus gears along the workpiece contour. The surface heat treatment is to change the surface structure of the part to obtain martensite with high hardness, while retaining the core toughness and plasticity (i.e. surface quenching), or change the chemical composition of the surface at the same time to obtain corrosion resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance, and the surface hardness is higher than the former (i.e. chemical heat treatment).
3. The medium frequency quenching equipment is 1-10khz and the frequency of hardened layer depth (3-5mm). This kind of equipment is suitable for bearing parts, such as crankshaft, pressure load of large gear, grinder spindle, etc. (the materials are 45 steel, 40Cr steel, 9mn2v and nodular cast iron).
