Working principle of high frequency quenching machine

Heating equipment is indispensable in all industries. Among them, high-frequency heater is a kind of machine that can use induction current for heating. It is also a relatively environmentally friendly and energy-saving equipment at present. However, many people do not fully understand its operation principle. Let's have a look. Generally speaking, the high-frequency quenching machine mainly uses the conversion between electricity, magnetism and heat energy to make the heated object heat itself. Let's take a closer look:
Through the conversion of the electromagnetic heating device, 50hz/60hz AC is converted into DC voltage, and then the DC voltage is converted into high-frequency voltage output with a frequency of 20-40khz through the control circuit. The fast-moving high-voltage current generates a high-speed changing magnetic field in the cable. After the cable is in contact with the iron container, the surface of the container is provided with alternating current (i.e. eddy current) which cuts the alternating magnetic lines of force and generates alternating current (i.e. eddy current) in the metal part at the bottom of the container. The eddy current makes the iron atoms at the bottom of the container move at a high speed and irregularly, and the atoms collide and rub with each other to generate heat energy.   
Induction heating generates current vortex in the inductance coil through alternating current, that is, eddy current, which makes the electron holes in the magnetic object in the coil move and generate heat. High frequency induction heating equipment can make metal objects instantly heated to any desired temperature, including its melting point.
The high-frequency quenching machine tool is composed of a machine bed, a loading and unloading mechanism, a clamping and rotating mechanism, a quenching transformer and a resonant channel, a cooling system, a quenching liquid circulation system, an electrical control system, etc. There are two types of structures: vertical and horizontal. The induction quenching process is mainly realized by the combination of quenching machine tool and medium and high frequency power supply to quench and heat treat various gears, bearings, shaft parts, valves, cylinder liners and various mechanical parts.
