Like equipment, we all have a life cycle. The difference is that we can exercise independently, see a doctor and take medicine, while the equipment can only be passively inspected and repaired. Therefore, when purchasing equipment, we should consider the service life and mainly maintain it in the process of use.  
The problems needing attention during the use of high-frequency quenching machine are as follows:
1. The high-frequency quenching machine must be equipped with a good grounding protection terminal, that is, connect the correct ground wire, which is conducive to the protection of personal safety of the welding machine.  
2. It shall be placed in a proper working space, dry and clean as far as possible and reduce dust.  
3. The high-frequency quenching machine will generate high-energy heat during operation, so it is not easy to place it next to the machine that will generate high heat, or in other space areas with high temperature, nor in the place directly irradiated by the sun. These environments will have great adverse factors on important components of the welding machine, so it is not recommended to place it.  
4. When the workpiece is processed by high-frequency quenching machine, the inductor shall not be in contact with the inductor, otherwise it is easy to cause ignition. If it is light, the inductor will be damaged and the equipment will be injured if it is heavy.  
5. When the machine is powered on, the sound of fan rotation will be heard. This is that the cooling fan is the core component for cooling. If the fan fails, it is necessary to turn off the power immediately and arrange technical maintenance immediately.
6. The equipment shall be subject to irregular dust removal and dirt removal, and the equipment water pipes shall be descaled to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
