pay attention to the following matters during operation:
01 only the
designated trained staff can operate the high-frequency induction heating
equipment, and the person in charge of the operation shall be designated. For
safety, it is best to wear insulated shoes, insulated gloves and other specified
protective articles to prevent high temperature.
02 the operator must be
familiar with the operating procedures of high-frequency induction heating
equipment. Before startup, check whether the equipment cooling system is normal.
Power can be transmitted only after it is normal, and operate in strict
accordance with the operating procedures.
03 all doors shall be closed before
work, and the doors shall be equipped with electrical interlocking device to
ensure that power cannot be transmitted before the doors are closed. After the
high voltage is closed, do not move behind the machine at will, and do not open
the door.
04 the workpiece shall be deburred, scrap iron and greasy dirt,
otherwise it is easy to arc with the inductor during heating. The arc light
generated by arc striking will not only damage vision, but also easily damage
sensors and equipment.
05 high frequency induction heating equipment shall be
kept clean, dry and dust-free. In case of any abnormality during work, first cut
off the power switch, and then check and eliminate the fault. Special personnel
must be assigned to repair the high frequency induction heating equipment.

when using high-frequency induction heating equipment matched with quenching
machine tool, the safety regulations related to electrical, mechanical and
hydraulic transmission shall be observed. Prevent toppling when moving the
quenching machine.
In order to prevent the explosion and injury of large
workpieces during power frequency induction heating, the operation procedures of
power frequency heat treatment and corresponding process procedures of large
workpieces must be strictly observed during operation. Large workpieces shall be
subject to ultrasonic flaw detection one by one. Workpieces with defects such as
white spots, serious segregation and looseness found after flaw detection shall
not be heated with power frequency equipment. Burrs, iron filings and oil stains
shall be removed from the workpiece to prevent arcing. During production
operation, the person in charge must be designated, and the operator must be
familiar with and abide by the operating procedures of power frequency
equipment.
