1. The
appearance of the induction quenching surface must not have flaws such as
burning, cracks. Normal quenching surface is a white white (oxide).
2. The
hardness can be taken out with a slight-hard meter, and the sampling rate is
determined according to the importance of the part and the process stability,
typically 3% to 10%, and then supplemented by file inspection.
3. Small batch
production in the hardening area often uses a ruler or caliper measurement, or
the hardened surface of the strong acid can also be tested.
4. The depth of
the hard layer depth of the hard layer is mostly used to measure the quenched
layer depth of the part by cutting the quenching material.
5. The material of
the metallographic induction quenching parts is mainly medium carbon steel and
cast iron, and the microstructure of the quenching member is generally
corresponding to the hardness.
6. Deformation deformation mainly check the
shaft parts, generally using the center frame, percentage table to measure the
quenching of parts.
7. A flour powder detection is required after quenching
of fragments, and the equipment has been shown to be crackled with a good plant.
